This nurturing massage aims to restore balance, reduce pain, and promote relaxation for both mom and baby. Common discomforts of pregnancy like back and hip soreness, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica and achy feet will be addressed. This massage is performed in a safe and comfortable side lying position with lots of pillows!
